Naresh Kumar Mittal is an Income Tax Inspector with over 25 years of professional experience. He is an active member of the Income Tax Employee Federation for the past 20 years. He has over 30 years of experience in social service and led a wide range of NGO projects. His extensive input at grass-roots level whilst working with low-income and rural communities as well leading many district and state level projects has helped to improve lives and support a large number of youth and communities throughout Haryana and Punjab.

He has been honoured by many organisations including a ‘District Youth Award’ for his exemplary voluntary work and social services. He has coordinated major NGO projects such as Childine 1098, Usha International Silai Schools, NABARD, Brooke India (Equine Welfare), Cataract Camps and Blood Donation Drives.

He has always strived to improve lives of other people and works tirelessly towards our mission of ‘Working Together to Inspire, Support and Lift Others.’

Tejinder Pal Singh(BSc. MSc. MTech.)

Vice-Chairman & Deputy Managing Trustee

Tejinder is an IT professional working in the field of education for the last 25 years. Born and brought up in Punjab, he completed his B.Sc. from SD College, Pathakot, MSc in Applied Physics from Punjabi University, PG Diploma in Computer Science from Punjab University, Chandigarh and M.Tech in Computer Science from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. He passionately believes in equal education opportunities and social justice for all. His regular interactions with the students, contributions in a wide range of social causes and his extensive traveling experience across India and Punjab in specific has helped him understating the real educational challenges and hardships faced by the disadvantaged children and underprivileged communities. His mission is to transform the lives of these children, helping them to reach their full potential even if they come from the weakest possible economic backgrounds. Serving through SEVA Trust India, he wants to use his experiences and knowledge to support and uplift these children and the communities in need.

Vivek Sharma(MA. PGDRM(IRMA))

Vivek Sharma is Rural Management Professional from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand, Gujrat and MA in Mass Comm. from Kurukshetra University with over 21 years of experience in development sector and NGO project management. He has diverse experience in livelihood, health, social justice, rural & urban development, handicrafts, tourism, women & child development, forest ecosystem services as well as finance and accounts management.

He has worked with various agencies and NGOs (local, regional & national), community based organisations (CBOs, SHGs, JFMCs), corporate foundations, companies, consulting organisations, funding agencies in various states of India including Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Uttrakhand. He has played pioneering role in developing pine needle handicraft in Himachal Pradesh. He brings a wealth of practical experience and is very passionate to help and support communities by equipping them with self-reliant skills and developing wider partnerships for a long term support.
